Marcie Briggs

Marcie Briggs has extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources management, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Systems Management at the University of Montana since December 2012. In this role, Marcie leads a diverse team, enhances HR operations, and implements applicant tracking systems to improve efficiency. Previous positions at the University include Director of Recruitment and Compensation, where strategies for talent acquisition and retention were developed, and Recruitment Manager, promoting the university's reputation in academia. Marcie also has experience as an Adjunct Instructor in Human Resource Management, and earlier roles at the Western Montana Mental Health Center involved office management and fundraising coordination. Marcie holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and two Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration with a focus on marketing and psychology from the University of Montana.
