Chad Korach is a seasoned academic in the field of mechanical engineering, currently serving as a Professor and Director of the School of Engineering at the University of Mount Union since August 2013. Chad has held various positions at the University, including Associate Professor and Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering. Prior to this, Chad was an Assistant Professor at Stony Brook University from 2004 to 2013 and worked as an Engineering Research Technician at the Institute of Paper Science and Technology from 1995 to 1997. Chad holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University, a Master’s Degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
