Thorsten Hennig-Thurau is a distinguished academic in the field of marketing and media, currently serving as a Professor of Marketing & Media at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster since April 2010. Prior roles include Research Professor in Marketing at Cass Business School from April 2006 to December 2014, and Professor of Marketing and Media Research at Bauhaus University Weimar from February 2003 to March 2010.
