Jakobina Mwiiyale is a seasoned professional in library services with over 15 years of experience at the University of Namibia, currently serving as Head of Library User Service since October 2008. Mwiiyale specializes in user-oriented services, focusing on profiling user needs and delivering impactful, evidence-based solutions. In addition to this role, Mwiiyale lectures part-time on Strategic Management & Marketing within the Library & Record Management curriculum, guiding students through research and academic presentations. Mwiiyale has also coordinated the Library Balanced Scorecard and provided online reference services, alongside delivering information literacy classes and organizing library orientations.
