Vincent Shimutwikeni

Vincent Shimutwikeni currently serves as the Head of Legal and Compliance Services at the University of Namibia since December 2021. Additionally, Vincent holds the position of Trustee on the Board of Trustees for the Universities Retirement Fund (UNIREF) since March 2023. From January 2018 to December 2021, Vincent was a Board Member with the African Pathfinder Leaders Initiative (APLI). Vincent completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor's Degree in B.Juris Law at the University of Namibia.
