Ralph Kellogg

Ralph Kellogg, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Human Resources MPA Program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and has also facilitated courses in DiSC and Team Management. With extensive experience in human resources, Ralph has held leadership roles as Vice President of People and Training and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska, Inc. Additionally, Ralph has contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Bellevue University and as a public speaker at TEDxOmaha and through McLean & Company. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Bellevue University and a Master of Science in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Creighton University.
