Amy Kloefkorn

Amy Kloefkorn is the Senior Director of Development for the UNL College of Business at the University of Nebraska Foundation. Amy has over fifteen years of experience in recruiting, coaching, and developing individuals and teams. Prior to their current position, Amy was the Director of Recruiting for Northwestern Mutual from May 2009 to July 2014. In this role, they recruited, coached, and developed individuals and teams at various offices throughout the state. Amy also served as the Member Integration Manager for The Governance Institute - National Research Corporation from January 2008 to December 2009. In this role, they were responsible for integrating new members into the organization and helping them acclimate to their new roles. Amy began their career in 2007 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for National Research Corporation. In this role, they recruited and hired top talent for the organization. Amy is a passionate advocate for education and has dedicated their career to helping others reach their full potential.

Amy Kloefkorn holds a B.S. in marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is a certified professional coach (CPC) through iPEC Coaching.

They are on a team with Todd Mattox - Senior Director of Development, UNL College of Education and Human Sciences, Doug Carr - Director of Development, UNL Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and Meghan Perrin - Director of Development, Nebraska Medicine. Amy Kloefkorn reports to Amy Volk, CDO, Nebraska Medicine and SVP, UNMC Development.
