Advaita Ganguly

Advaita Ganguly is a Visiting Researcher at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln since 2017 and a Clinical Islet/Tissue Specialist at Alberta Health Services from 2008. Responsibilities include performing pancreatic islet cell transplants and managing organ and tissue processes for transplantation. Additionally, Advaita mentors students at the University of Alberta as an Adjunct and has held the position of Research Fellow, contributing to novel therapeutic antibodies and diagnostic tools for infectious diseases and cancer. As a Simulation Education Specialist, Advaita enhances clinical skills training for healthcare professionals and has experience as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant, focusing on dengue virus management and pharmacological education. Advaita holds a PhD in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Alberta and a Post Graduate Diploma in IP Law from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from West Bengal University of Technology.
