Victoria J. Johnson

Victoria J. Johnson currently serves as Executive Director at Montessori Global Growth Fund since January 2024. With a robust background in academia, Victoria has held multiple roles at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln since August 2018, including Research Specialist, Project Manager for the RESPECT project aimed at enhancing early childhood teacher preparation, University Lecturer, and Researcher during doctoral studies. Previous experience includes co-founding and serving as Administrative Director for Badlands Tank Lines, LLC from August 2012 to January 2016, and working as a Teaching Assistant at BYU-Idaho. Victoria holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Global Family Health and Wellbeing, as well as a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Additionally, Victoria is a mother of four children, including an adopted son from South Korea.
