Benjamin Roelofs

Benjamin Roelofs has extensive experience in user services and IT support roles, currently serving as the Director of User Services at the University of Nevada, Reno since July 2000. Over the years, Benjamin has progressed through various positions including Manager and Co-Manager of Support Center & Endpoint Services, Field Support Coordinator, Desktop Support Manager, Lead Support Technician, and Bioinformatics Technician. Prior to this, Benjamin worked as an IT Specialist for the State of Minnesota from July 1998 to June 2000. Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, with a focus on Law, Criminology, and Deviance, from the University of Minnesota between 1995 and 1999, and holds a high school diploma from White Bear Lake Area High School.
