Sean Farnan

Sean Farnan serves as the Development Director at the SPCA of Northern Nevada since September 2015, playing a critical role in fundraising, planned giving, grant writing, and donor relations. In addition to this position, Sean has been a Guest Lecturer on Philanthropy and Resource Development at the University of Nevada, Reno since March 2018. Previous experience includes serving as Past-President of the Board of Directors for Tahoe SAFE Alliance, Development & Administrative Director at Lake Tahoe School, Donor Relations Director for the Community Environmental Council, Executive Director of the Ventura County Junior Golf Association, and Principal at Farnan & Associates - Farmers Insurance Agency. Educational qualifications include an AA in Business Administration from Suffolk County Community College and a high school diploma from Sayville High School.
