Victoria Hayward

Victoria Hayward is a seasoned softball professional currently serving as the Head Softball Coach at the University of Nevada, Reno since June 2024. Hayward has significant experience in both coaching and playing at elite levels, including professional play with Athletes Unlimited and contributions as the head of the player executive committee. Prior coaching roles include Assistant Softball Coach at the University of Washington and Associate Head Coach at San Diego State University. Hayward has also held positions such as Director of Operations at the University of Central Florida and Hitting Coach at the University of Maryland. An experienced instructor, Hayward operated Victoria Hayward Softball, providing lessons and clinics for young athletes. Educationally, Hayward holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a BA in Political Science and Communications from the University of Washington.
