Katherine Noel

Katherine Noel is an experienced professional currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for the Women in Leadership Program at the University of New Haven since May 2023. Katherine has held various roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since July 2021, including Executive Assistant and PM to the EVP & COO. Prior to this, Katherine worked at TRUMPF North America from February 2019 to August 2021, progressing from Sales Engineer of Consumables and Training to Executive Assistant positions for the CTO and President/SVP of the Industrial Division. Katherine's earlier experience includes roles at TRUMPF Inc. and Campion Ambulance Service. Katherine holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix.
