Norell Ferguson

Norell Ferguson is an experienced professional in the fields of interior design and urban planning. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Haven since January 2023 and at Paier College from August 2020 to May 2024, Norell has also held the position of Interior Designer at Francis Cauffman from October 2016 to November 2024. Norell's earlier roles include Regional Planning Intern at the Capitol Region Council of Governments (August 2021 - May 2022) and various design internships at CAMA, Inc. and Francis Cauffman. Norell holds a Master of Public Policy in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Connecticut (2020-2022), a Master of Science in Interior Architecture from Philadelphia University (2013-2016), and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Hartford (2011-2013).
