Yevgeniya R. is an experienced educator currently serving as the Math Zone Coordinator and Senior Lecturer at the University of New Haven, as well as the Interim Director of the Center for Teaching Excellence. Yevgeniya is also a co-founder and co-director of the University of New Haven All Girls Math Academy, a summer program designed for girls in grades 7 to 10 that focuses on advanced mathematical topics. Previously, Yevgeniya held a position as a Mathematics Teacher with the NYC Department of Education and worked as a Human Resources Information Systems Assistant. Yevgeniya holds a Doctor of Education from Southern Connecticut State University, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Brooklyn College, a Master of Arts in Math Education from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Spanish from Hunter College.
