Frederik Anseel

Frederik Anseel currently serves as Dean and Senior Deputy Dean at the UNSW Business School, along with a role as Professor of Management at UNSW since November 2019. Anseel also held the position of AGSM Scholar at AGSM @ UNSW Business School from March 2020 to January 2024. Previously, Anseel was President of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology from May 2017 to January 2022. Anseel's academic career includes roles as Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Vice Dean at King's College London, as well as Co-founder and Director of The VIGOR Unit. Anseel led the Department of Personnel Management, Work and Organisational Psychology at Ghent University and contributed to the field of HRM, leadership, and organizational behavior. Anseel earned a Master's degree in I/O Psychology from Ghent University.
