Yilan Zhang

Yilan (Olivia) Zhang is currently a Casual Academic at UNSW, serving as a demonstrator for chemical engineering lab courses. Yilan is also a PhD Candidate at Neuroscience Research Australia since February 2021. Prior experience includes a student internship at the National Measurement Institute, where involvement with the nanometrology team focused on validating DLS instruments for particle characterization, and a research assistant role at UNSW, working on the development and characterization of liposomal vaccines. Yilan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from UNSW and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering, anticipated to complete in August 2024.
