Joseph F. Jordan has an extensive background in academia and cultural studies. With a Ph.D in African Studies/Development and Planning from Howard University, Joseph has held various positions such as Vice Provost for Academic and Community Engagement at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Over the years, Joseph has also served as a Director at the Sonja Haynes Stone Center for Black Culture and History and held visiting professor positions at different universities.
