Lee Walton

Lee Walton is an accomplished educator and administrator currently serving as the Director of the School of Dance and as a Professor and Associate Director at the School of Art at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro since August 2007. In addition to teaching a diverse range of courses that include drawing, web design, video production, socially engaged art, and digital publication, Lee Walton holds the position of Director of Graduate Studies within the same institution from 2018 to present. Prior to this role, Lee Walton was the Studio Program Coordinator at the Guggenheim Museum from 2006 to 2007. Lee Walton earned an MFA from the California College of the Arts between 1998 and 2000.
