Summer Scott-Samuel

Summer Scott-Samuel possesses extensive experience in merchandising and product development within the apparel industry. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Summer has held various key positions, including Director of Merchandising and Product Development at Gildan and Sr. Merchandising Manager for Wholesale, DTC, and Retail Activewear (Global). Previous roles include Sr. Merchandising Manager for Champion Life & Teamsports at Hanesbrands Inc. and Merchandising Manager for Team Sports at Fruit of the Loom, Inc. Summer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Products Design from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and was recognized as a CARS Scholar in Consumer Apparel and Retail Studies.
