Alan Harris

Alan Harris has extensive work experience at the University of North Florida. Alan started in 2006 as a Visiting Assistant Professor and then transitioned to various roles within the School of Engineering. In 2013, they became an Associate Professor and the Electrical Engineering Program Coordinator. Alan also served as the Associate Director of the School of Engineering for a year. In 2022, Alan became the Director of the School of Engineering.

Alan Harris is an individual with an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Central Oklahoma from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma from 1999 to 2005.
