Tod McVey

Tod McVey has extensive experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) across various organizations. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Environmental Health and Safety at the University of North Florida since July 2013, Tod coordinates training, safety inspections, and crisis management efforts. Previously, Tod worked at Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies as a Safety Officer, managing safety requirements for high-value NASA programs, and served as the EHS Site Manager at Bovis Lend Lease, overseeing safety for major construction projects. With a background at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Tod successfully managed safety programs and compliance for substantial contracts. Educational achievements include attaining a Bachelor of Science in Safety Management from Indiana State University and ongoing studies in Ergonomics from Back School of Atlanta, along with certifications in Safety and Health Management.
