Amanda Fisher

Amanda Fisher, M.S., CTP, serves as an Organizational Development Consultant at the University of North Texas System since July 2015, focusing on strategic human resources consulting in organizational development, change management, employee engagement, and learning development. Prior to this role, Amanda held various positions at Hill College from May 2006 to July 2015, including Assistant Director of Human Resources and multiple roles within the Human Resources department, where responsibilities included advising and coaching supervisors and participating in strategic planning. Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development from Texas A&M University, along with being a Distinguished Graduate from Burleson High School.
