Clayton Gibson

Clayton Gibson, CPA, currently serves as the Vice President for Finance & Administration and CFO at the University of North Texas, overseeing a $1 billion budget and a team of 465 employees across multiple divisions. Previously, Clayton held the position of Senior VP for Finance & Administration at Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, where responsibilities included securing $70 million for new construction and leading various operational teams. Prior roles also encompassed Vice President for Business & Finance, Interim Vice President for Business & Finance, and University Auditor, where Clayton revitalized the Internal Audit department.
