Ema Nunez

Ema Nunez is an undergraduate research assistant at the University of North Texas since October 2023, focusing on cardiovascular research and gaining experience with the Ion Optix Em-100 device for cell pacing. Prior experience includes serving as a shift supervisor at 151 Coffee from December 2021 to August 2024 and working as a physical therapy aide at Therapy Partners of North Texas from January 2023 to May 2023. Ema also worked as a hostess/cashier at Super Mex Mexican Restaurant from April 2021 to November 2021. Ema is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at the University of North Texas, having previously attended California State University, Long Beach.
