Camille McDonald

Camille McDonald serves as the Assistant Director of Leadership Development and Community Engagement at the University of Notre Dame since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Miami University, where Camille facilitated intergroup dialogue and managed student leadership projects, as well as assessing first-year transitions. Camille has also worked as the Assistant Day Camp Supervisor for the City of Dublin, Ohio, and interned at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, welcoming new students and families during orientation. Additional experience includes coordinating social justice programs at Xavier University and serving as an intern in clinical exercise physiology. Camille holds a Master’s degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education from Miami University and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Xavier University.
