Erik Oswald is an experienced career development professional currently serving as the Associate Director for Strategic Partnerships at the University of Notre Dame since June 2015. In this role, Erik enhances and manages partnerships within the Center for Career Development and launched the campus-wide Career Champions Network. Previously, Erik worked as a Graduate Career Consultant, supporting graduate students and alumni in career success and development through personalized guidance, workshops, and resources, covering various aspects from job search strategies to interview skills. Erik's career began at the University of Notre Dame as a Peer Advisor, followed by a Graduate Assistant role at Grand Valley State University, and extensive experience at the Milwaukee School of Engineering as a Career Services Associate, where Erik received the 2012 "Student Advocate Award." Erik holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame.
