Heather Christophersen

Heather Christophersen serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at the University of Notre Dame, a position held since September 2015. With a diverse background in advancement services and campus maintenance within the same institution, Christophersen has also held roles such as Director of Sustainability and Director of Strategic Planning at the University. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Business Operations at Elevance Renewable Sciences, Inc., and roles at Innovene and BP that span engineering, analysis, and economics. Christophersen’s academic credentials include an MBA in Strategy and Economics from Northwestern University and a CHRO Certificate from Wharton Executive Education, along with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
