Michelle Johnson

Michelle Johnson, MBA, PMP, CSM, serves as the Service and Platform Management Director at the University of Notre Dame since November 2006, where responsibilities include developing support models, overseeing daily operations of enterprise services, and providing strategic leadership for application support. Previously, Michelle held the role of Lead Project Manager, focusing on high-risk projects and coaching project managers. Prior experience includes positions as Manager of Product QA at ECI, Senior QA Analyst at Moody's KMV, and Project Leader at Crowe Chizek & Co, LLP. Michelle holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University South Bend and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Purdue University.
