Yiyu Shi

Yiyu Shi is a Professor and Associate Professor at the University of Notre Dame since September 2015, and also serves as a Visiting Scientist at Boston Children's Hospital since September 2020. In addition, Yiyu Shi has held the position of Site Director at the NSF Industry/University Cooperative Research Center on Alternative Sustainable and Intelligent Computing since September 2018, and previously served as Site Associate Director for the NSF Net-Centric Software & Systems Center at Missouri S&T from September 2010 to August 2015. Academic involvement includes visiting professorships at Tsinghua University and National Tsing Hua University, as well as research roles at the University of California, Los Angeles, and Carnegie Mellon University. Yiyu Shi completed a Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering at UCLA and earned a B.E. in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University.
