Alex Wright

Alex Wright is an Associate Director at the University of Nottingham, leading the Reshaping Our Estate program, which aims to reimagine campus environments. In addition, Alex leads the Agile Working project, focusing on enhancing workplace collaboration, communication, and performance management. Previous roles include Change & Culture Lead, where expertise in change management and organizational design supported major implementations of various technologies. Prior to the University of Nottingham, Alex served as Director at Shoal Consulting, specializing in agile organizations and enhancing the alignment of clients' work patterns with their property portfolios. Alex's consulting experience includes significant roles at Fujitsu Services and BT Global Services, managing transformational change initiatives for various high-profile clients. Alex holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Sheffield and an MSc in Psychology from the University of Surrey.
