Ian Shaw

Ian Shaw is a Professor of Health Policy at the University of Nottingham, a position held since September 1992, focusing on health service evaluation, mental health research, and primary care research. In April 2019, Ian Shaw became the Head of School for Sociology and Social Policy and also serves as a Lay Member for Primary Care Commissioning with NHS Derby and Derbyshire CCG. Previously, Ian Shaw held roles as a Non-Executive Director at Nottingham City PCT and a lecturer at the University of Leeds, while also conducting research at the University of York.
