Lynette Eastman

Lynette joined Council in November 2016. She is Chair of the Remuneration Committee and a member of Audit & Risk Committee and Nominations Committee. Her background is in working within FTSE global organisations as a commercial HR leader and, more recently, running her own HR and Change consultancy, supporting businesses to deliver people related change projects.

She has worked in many regulated businesses such as HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Virgin Money, BP, Centrica, O2, BT and Cable and Wireless so has a strong understanding of the requirements of effective people and business processes to support a regulated business.
