MacKenzie Dilbeck

Mackenzie Dilbeck currently serves as Deputy Athletics Director for Administration and Stakeholder Relations and Chief of Staff at the University of Oklahoma since February 2023. Previously, Mackenzie held the position of Vice President at JM2 Capital, Inc. and served multiple roles at the University of Oklahoma, including Vice President for Marketing and Communications and Associate Vice President of Strategic Communications. Earlier career experience includes positions at Yale University as Director of Communications for the School of Music, Director of Communications for the College of Law at the University of Oklahoma, and various communications roles at Oklahoma Baptist University and other institutions. Mackenzie holds a Master of Professional Studies in Strategic Public Relations from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Public Relations from Oklahoma Baptist University.
