Richard A. Exon

Richard A. Exon is an experienced property management professional currently serving as Senior Property Manager at the University of Otago since April 2024. Richard holds the position of President & Secretary of the Bermuda Red Devils, the official Manchester United Supporters' Club. Previous roles include Contract Manager for the Bermuda Hospitals Board, Property Manager and Chartered Valuation Surveyor at Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty, and Assistant Director of Facilities at Rosewood Bermuda. Richard has also worked as an Estates Surveyor for the Government of Bermuda and held several management positions in property management and valuations at Farmers Trading Company Ltd, Coast Plaza Whangaparaoa, Tucker's Point Club, and Ted Gauntlett Chartered Surveyors. Richard is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since November 1994 and earned a B.Sc. (Hons) in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University in 1990.
