Steven Turnbull

Steven Turnbull currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at Te Pūkenga, focusing on Digital Cyber Security, Risk, and Connectivity Strategy. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Steven has been involved with Startup Dunedin as a Trustee Board Member and Technology Leadership as a Director. Additionally, Steven holds positions as a Senior Station Officer and Region Trainer at Fire and Emergency NZ while previously serving as Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer at Otago Polytechnic. Earlier in their career, Steven worked with the New Zealand Fire Service in various roles, including Station Officer and Firefighter, and was an Executive Director at Technical Consulting Solutions Ltd.
