Jess Jennings

Jess Jennings is an experienced professional in career development and program operations, currently serving as Associate Supervisor for Co-op Program Operations at the University of Ottawa since January 2022, leading a team and implementing an innovative operational model for co-op placements. Previously, Jess held various roles, including Specialist in Career & Employment, where coaching and managing a significant student portfolio was key. Additionally, Jess has experience as Adjunct Faculty at Lambton College, teaching professional communication skills to international students. Formerly at RBC, Jess led national programming for early talent professional development and managed marketing and community investment activities. Educational credentials include an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Ottawa and studies at Algonquin College.
