Mahdi Moshirian

Mahdi Moshirian is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Ottawa since June 2021, focusing on brain functions among racialized adolescents impacted by racism through a CIHR Fellowship. Moshirian also serves as a part-time professor, instructing courses in Quantitative Methods in Psychology, Psychometric Methods, and Research Methods and Ethics. At Carleton University, Moshirian has held multiple instructor roles since 2018, teaching Introduction to Research Methods in Psychology and managing various labs. With a PhD in Psychology from Carleton University, complemented by an MA in General Psychology and a BA in Educational Sciences from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Moshirian's academic and professional experience encompasses research, teaching, and practical applications in psychology.
