Michel Labrosse

Michel Labrosse is a Full Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and currently serves as the Interim Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Ottawa, where a distinguished career spans from January 2005 to the present. Previous roles at the University include Vice-Dean for Student Affairs and Undergraduate Studies, as well as Interim Vice-Dean for Graduate Studies. Prior to joining the University of Ottawa, Michel Labrosse worked as a Research Associate at the Carolinas Medical Center - Cannon Research Center and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The University of Akron. Michel Labrosse holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from Centrale Nantes, as well as a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Mechanical Engineering specializing in structural calculations from the same institution.
