Alice Chilver Fcipd

Alice Chilver FCIPD MBA is an accomplished leader in people and organisational development with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as the Head of People and Organisational Development at the University of Oxford since September 2020, Alice also founded and leads the Women's Higher Education Network (WHEN), which focuses on advancing gender equity in academia. Prior to these roles, Alice held several influential positions at University College London (UCL) from 2013 to 2020, including Director of Organisational Development and Head of Organisational Change Projects. Alice’s earlier experience includes a Director role at the Oxford Leadership Academy, where leadership on multicultural change programmes was a key focus. Educational qualifications encompass an MBA in Higher Education Management and Leadership from UCL and a BA in French and Philosophy from the University of Leeds.
