Brigitta Szabó-Bálint

Brigitta Szabó-Bálint has been serving as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Pécs, Faculty of Business and Economics since September 2011, specializing in subjects such as human resources management, career management, and project management. Currently a PhD student, Brigitta's research focuses on organizational career management. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Guest Lecturer at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and project management roles at PTI Financing Ltd. and Eco-Cortex Ltd., where responsibilities evolved from project assistant to project manager. Early career experiences include HR trainee work at Trenkwalder Hungary and a leadership position as Vice President at AIESEC in Hungary, overseeing outgoing exchanges and recruitment. Brigitta holds a Master's degree in Business and Economics from the University of Pécs.
