April Cardone

April Cardone has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. April started their career at Johnson & Johnson in 2000, where they worked as an e-commerce Associate and later as a Strategic Business Center Analyst. In 2005, they became a Sr. Analyst/Project Lead at Johnson & Johnson and then moved to Philips Lighting in 2007. At Philips Lighting, they served as a Black Belt and later as a Regional Product Marketing Manager. In 2011, April joined JFK Medical Center as a Black Belt. Since 2014, they have been working at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, where they held positions such as Lead Performance Improvement Advisor, Master Improvement Advisor, and currently serves as the Director of Strategic Performance and Operations Improvement.

April Cardone earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Rutgers Business School in 2000. April then pursued a Masters of Business Administration degree with a focus on Global Management at Rutgers Business School from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Masters of Public Health degree in Health Systems & Policy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey between 2008 and 2010.
