Dan Biros has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies in the healthcare field. Dan began their career at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as a Project Coordinator, where they administered assessments and conducted statistical analysis. Dan then moved on to Temple University, where they worked as a Health Information Professional, focusing on electronic health records. From there, they joined Connexin Software Inc, first as a Support Analyst and then as a Clinical Applications/Business Analyst, where they worked on implementing clinical information systems and providing client support. Currently, they are working at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System as a Senior Technical Analyst and Lead Developer Operations Engineer.

Dan Biros received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Computer Science from Temple University from 1999 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a high school diploma from The George School from 1995 to 1999.
