Andrew Soren

Andrew Soren is the Founder and CEO of Eudaimonic by Design, a company focused on enhancing organizational performance through stakeholder engagement and ethical practices. As an Assistant Instructor in the Masters of Applied Positive Psychology program at the University of Pennsylvania, Andrew contributes to the education of professionals in the field of positive psychology. Andrew served as Co-Chair for the 8th IPPA World Congress on Positive Psychology in 2023 and previously held key advisory roles at GCL Advisory and BMO Financial Group, where Andrew led initiatives in leadership development and organizational culture. With a strong educational background including a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach designation, and an Honours BA from the University of King's College, Andrew brings extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and cultural transformation in various sectors, including finance and the arts.
