Hope Lozano Bielat

Hope Lozano Bielat, PhD, MPP, is a distinguished academic and policy professional with extensive experience in higher education and advocacy. Currently serving as a Fox Leadership International Affiliate and LPS I-MPA Instructor at the University of Pennsylvania since September 2019, Hope has also held various roles including Senior Fellow at the same university and a Board Trustee at Framingham State University, appointed by Governor Charlie Baker. Hope's background includes teaching at Boston University, managing a congressional campaign, and working as a Director of Policy for children's advocacy organizations. Hope holds a PhD in Political Science from Boston University, a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
