Luke Sheahan

Luke Sheahan is an experienced academic and editor currently serving as an Editor at The University Bookman since July 2022, while also holding positions as an Assistant Professor at Duquesne University and a Non-Resident Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania since 2019. Previously, Luke worked as the Associate Director and Postdoctoral Research Associate at Wellesley College, where responsibilities included managing student programming for the Freedom Project. With a background in teaching and curriculum development at the Institute of Reading Development and as a Lecturer at The Catholic University of America, Luke has extensive experience in political science and education. Luke earned a Ph.D. in Political Science and Government from The Catholic University of America, along with a Master's degree from the same institution and a Bachelor's degree from Oregon State University.
