Megan Carr

Senior Director, Digital Learning Strategies at University of Pennsylvania

Megan Carr is a seasoned professional in digital learning with extensive experience at the University of Pennsylvania since 2005. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Digital Learning Strategies, Megan co-leads the Center for Excellence in Teaching, Learning and Innovation (CETLI), focusing on advancing online learning initiatives across the university. Previous roles include Director of Digital Strategies and Director of Operations within the Online Learning Initiative, where Megan was instrumental in developing online technology infrastructure and fostering innovation in online education. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant and Online Learning Project Manager at the Perelman School of Medicine. Megan holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Administration from the Fels Institute of Government, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
