Paula Pritchett

Paula Pritchett is an experienced professional in human resources and retail management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania since November 2017. Prior to this role, Paula worked as a Project Manager Consultant at Athena Global Advisors, collaborating with Fortune 50 companies to address business challenges through data and creativity. Paula's retail experience includes positions such as Brand Merchant/Market Editor/Buyer of Collections at Anthropologie, where responsibilities included designer research and product development, and Women's Buyer Consultant at Boyds Philadelphia, focusing on women's designer collections. Paula has also held leadership roles at CÉLINE, as Flagship Director overseeing store construction and staff recruitment, and at Chloé as Director. Paula earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from New York University.
