Kathryn Fike

Kathryn (Katie) Fike is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Communications Manager in the Office of the Chancellor at the University of Pittsburgh since August 2012. In this role, Kathryn supervises correspondence for the chancellor and previously held positions as Executive Communications Specialist and Communications Specialist, where responsibilities included promoting stories and faculty expertise. Prior experience includes a support role in media relations for the Athletic Department and an administrative position with the Program to Aid Citizen Enterprise. Kathryn began her career with a focus on administrative duties and sales roles while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Pittsburgh, achieving the degree in 2012.
