Tinukwa B.

Tinukwa B. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in instructional design and online learning. Currently serving as the Director of Innovative Technologies and Online Learning and Associate Professor of Practice at the University of Pittsburgh since February 2020, Tinukwa previously held the position of Instructional Designer at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, where collaboration with faculty enhanced course delivery in residential and blended formats. Prior roles include Adjunct Professor, Instructional Designer, and Assistant Faculty at Gannon University, and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Mississippi State University. Tinukwa's early career involved research as a Research Executive in the UK and teaching conversational English in Japan. Tinukwa holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems and Workforce Development, a Master of Science in Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Management.
